In Marketscope, an If-Then OCO order can be deleted as a whole by deleting its primary order in the same way as any entry orders can be deleted. For more information, see the Remove Entry/Range Entry Order article.

Once an If-Then OCO order is deleted, its line and label disappears from the chart.
